Biz Zar Underground Radio was founded on the Internet streamline in September 2006. The Founder Mont Phillips (aka DJ Zar) from Cleveland Oh. Delivered a concept to underground artist across the globe, covering all music genres. The concept was to give unknown and unsigned artist an outlet to be heard. It seemed to be an instant success. Artist from across the nation and beyond started to send DJ Zar cd’s to be played on his online station www.biz-zar.com, and as a keeper of promise artist that mainstream radio listeners have never heard were given a chance to be judge by everyday music lovers. Don’t get it twisted, being underground doesn’t mean that Biz Zar Underground Radio doesn’t have love for the mainstream because not only does he include mainstream music in his programming DJ Zar also collaborates with a lot of A and R reps, producers, DJ’s, labels, record companies etc… to help artist get signed. The Music industry is not the easiest of professions to break into not only does it take a lot of hard work and dedication it also includes marketing. With 50K+ plus hits a week and over 5.6 million hits and growing since its birth, our website offers artist an outlet that targets scouts, labels and more.
