A creative state depending on how you look at it,remember when we were growing up and our parents thought we listened to garbage, well there ya go we're just getting old and what this generation is listening to does'nt sound good to us.So remember you don't have to like it but just embrace it. music is a creative art form no matter what so its gonna vary and you're not gonna like everything you hear,so it's not about where hip-hop is right now it's about where are you at with hip-hop right now? Oh sorry, I didn't read the question just the title. definitely in the South and I'm not really mad about it because I grew up listening to alot of south shit(geto boys,5th ward boyz,tela,8ball &mjg,south circle,and so on,and so on)If you look at it everybody thats out now is from where. So people gootta stop hating and either wait their turn or get down wit the get down.
